Why 6th Settlement?
6th Settlement is the official extension of New Cairo. In February 2024 the New Urban Communities Authority formally adopted the name for the district previously known as Hope Triangle (Mothalath El-Amal), covering an approved 4,800 feddans. Location is its strongest card: only the Middle Ring Road separates it from 5th Settlement, while the New Administrative Capital sits on its eastern border, reachable via the Ain Sokhna Road and its connected axes.
In a short time the district has attracted many of Egypt’s biggest developers — Ora, Marakez, Hyde Park, La Vista, CRED, The Waterway and more — creating a diverse supply of apartments, townhouses, villas and commercial projects with long payment plans.
